lost info on miniclip games 8 ball

Question

i was playing 8 ball on the miniclip site and lost all info

when i type in my email and ask for a reset on password

it says user not found but then i try to sign up again with that same email

and it says email already exsits,, how do i get info if it wont send it to my email

and wont let me join again with that same email saying it already exsists
